Turbo Trusser

Used it for our Thanksgiving Turkey. Turkey turned out great.

We used the Turbo Trusser for a 15lb Thanksgiving Turkey on a Kamado Joe Smoker with Fogo bricks. It appeared to cook the turkey faster than previous cooks & the turkey was perfect - no dryness anywhere. Would recommend.

Could not get the turkey wings to stay in place with the hooks. I was a 13.5 lb so maybe it will work on a bigger turkey.

I haven't had the opportunity to use this chicken version yet, but it appears to be well made and of quality materials. Given proper care, it should last a LONG time.

I expect it will work equally as good as the turkey model. I only hope the one day I can think of a simple device to make everyones life easier. It does a better job that I can do with butcher twine - because I don't do it very often. The inclusion of the "ventilation" port (hole) I expect offers good circulation inside the bird.

I didn’t think such a simple tool would make a difference, but it absolutely did. Very simple to use and was a great addition to roasting a turkey. I wouldn’t think of roasting or smoking a turkey again without using the Turbo Trusser!
