Bricknic changed my fresh vegetable cooking! Fresh carrots, mushrooms, onions, brussel sprouts, etc every night! I am a Big Green Egg EGGhead for 20 years. Never tasted fresh cooked veggies like this until the Bricknic! In our house Its like a quick crock pot for fresh veggies. After I bought one I bought two more and gave one to a friend. Need some recipes posted to try other good stuff! Get one (or two) soon!

Very good for roasting veggies

Bourbon chunks are great! They impart wonderful flavor and a hint of that bourbon aroma.

This stuff is great if you don't mind a little heat. Great on wings, skinless breasts, and really the whole bird.

By FAR the best Bourbon Barrel chunks I have ever used. Just a whiff of a chunk out of the bag will make your mouth water. Fantastic bourbon flavor when smoking with these. Highly recommend.

I purchased this HS paring knife to replace another that does not hold an edge and finding it needing a quick run on the steel during a prep. The HS knife has a good-solid feel and holds an edge throughout the prep. I like it.

This is the best. I use this spray for many things that I grill.
