Enhancing Your Grill Experience

Ready to take your outdoor cooking game to the next level? Whether you're a seasoned grill master or just starting out, finding the perfect grill can make all the difference. There are so many types of grills (kettle grills, ceramic grills, gas grills), with so many options out there, choosing the right grill type can be overwhelming. But fear not, we're here to help.

How To Choose A Grill

Size Matters

As we all know, size matters. Consider the amount of food you typically cook and the space available in your backyard or patio. Usually, the cooking area is measured in square inches, be sure to take that into consideration. You don't want a grill that's too big and takes up unnecessary space, or too small that you can't fit all your burgers on there!

Material Makes a Difference

Look for grills made of durable materials that can withstand high temperatures and retain heat. The last thing you want is your new grill falling apart after just a few uses. The material your grill is made can determine durability. There are grills made from ceramic (like the kamado grill), stainless steel, aluminum and cast iron. Make sure you choose the one that fits your need the best.

Control is Key

Ensure your grill has adjustable air vents that allow you to control the airflow and temperature while cooking. This will give you ultimate control over your grilling experience and help achieve those perfectly cooked steaks every single time.

Easy Clean-Up

Cleaning up after a delicious barbecue is nobody's favorite part, but some grills make it easier than others. Look for grills with removable ash trays or grill grates that can be easily cleaned. Trust us, this will save you a lot of time and effort in the long run.

Unexpected greatness

Review for the SNS Kettle Grill

I’m not the One Grill to Rule them All guy. I like the right tool for the job. I wanted a Kettle grill to do the things that Kettle grills do well, but I wasn’t sold on a Weber. Not knocking Weber, they make a great product. However, the way I cook on kettle grills goes against how Weber’s are designed. Whereas, the SnS Grills vent and thermometer on the same side make sense to me. Many features are well thought out are the smoke hole and the probe wire hole. No need to mod my grill. I’ve already made crispy skin wings, hotdogs, Picanha, and a brisket flat that went into chili. All delicious!

Grill Perfection on the road

Review for the Slow 'N Sear Travel Kettle

The Travel Kettle is amazing. I wanted the results I get from my bigger kettle in a small package to fit my outdoor lifestyle. I've taken fishing a couple of times and on a hunting trip. I paired it with SnS charcoal basket bundle and with the SnS drip pan. I've cooked burgers, fajitas, beer brats, reverse seared stakes, chicken wings and have also done some longer smokes on it on some dino ribs. This travel kettle is amazing. If you want results that you get in your backyard from you 22 SnS or Weber kettle on the road then is the kettle you need. A buddy owns the Weber Jumbo Joe and it blows it away. He is retiring it and ordering the SnS Travel Kettle. One of the best purchases I've made.

Kamado Joe Classic 3

Review for the Kamado Joe Classic III

I started with a steel kamado, and while it worked ok, nothing replaces ceramic. Temp control, insulation, heat retention, and a sealed environment are the reasons I was interested (along with grilling versatility) and I was not disappointed. It’s been a short while but so far this grill can handle everything. I am very happy with my purchase.

A Great Combination of Quality and Ease of Use

Review for Konnected Joe

When I started learning about Kamado grills, I was intrigued, but hesitant to take on the learning curve. After learning about the Konnected Joe, I was all in. The ability to incorporate the technology of the controller, along with the accompanying app, make this grill a joy to use. More importantly, I'm gilling the tastiest meats in the while neighborhood!

Very Happy

Review for the Slow 'N Sear Deluxe Kamado

I've had this Kamado for a little over a year now and I really couldn't imagine it being any better than it is. I've cooked just about everything on it and used it in every possible configuration - rarely does anything that says it does it all do any of it very well, but this, it REALLY does excel at everything. I've had a several smokers (including a BGE, and a pellet) and neither of those even came close to what this kamado can do. My backyard has had a gasser, smoker and Weber for years and I now use this for almost everything except maybe something on the gasser when I'm in a hurry. The slow n sear insert gives me a much longer cook time than I anticipated and when I need to add some more lump it's only a few seconds of lid up time. I pretty much only use the full kamado set up with a very big load, full packer brisket, or to go turbo heat on a pizza. I live in central NY and have had no problem retaining heat in single digit temperatures. I do have an ultra Q paired up with this and would highly recommend for hands off perfect temp control, chart below is from an 18 hour cook that I got to sleep right through all night, never touched it, cranked it up after meat came off at about 3pm for side dish. It does have a healthy price tag, however if you are in the market you will not regret it. I've been fortunate to get to many of the great BBQ places in the country, and thanks to this smoker and the Amazing Ribs.com website (which from their review is where I got the recommendation for this grill) I am churning out meals that would challenge any of them. Thank you SNS for a fantastic product, I look forward to many more years of delicious outcomes.

So much fun

Review for the Tagwood Stainless Steel Santa Maria

A sturdy and well constructed piece of equipment. A simple yet exhilarating process to cook. Start fire, move coals, and adjust height of cooking surface. I love the versatility of how I can choose to cook. Flavors and textures are unmatched.

Beautiful Grill

Review for the Arteflame Classic 40"

Beautiful grill. I usually cook on a Kamado grill and this plancha type of grill takes a little bit to get used to. Large surface makes it easy to cook for a big group, with people participating in the cooking, part of the fun of having the Artflame. Highly recommend, I also like the fact that this product is made in the US.

If you enjoy outdoor entertaining and cooking, this is for you!

Review for the Arteflame One 30"

My husband received this Arteflame for his 40th birthday. He loves to cook and we frequently entertain and so far, this has been a great purchase. It serves as a place to cook just about anything that you’d cook on a traditional cook top, but also allows you to grill food as well. It’s the centerpiece of our patio. Friends have commented “wow- that looks like a piece of art!”
My husband is truly enjoying it. Well made, very heavy (it comes on a pallet and takes at least two people to move it) unique and fun! We look forward to using this for many years to come.
