    Duck Fat Spray

    This duck fat spray is good stuff. I like to use it to crisp up wings and rotisserie chicken. I’ve also found that it’s good for things like grilling cheese and griddle cooking. I’ll definitely buy this again.

    The Flavor Addition was Great but.......

    The Duck Fat was a great way to get a crispy skin on chickens and turkeys. I used it this Thanksgiving on two birds, one turkey and one chicken that were in my Big Green Egg. I really like the ease of spaying the fat onto skin of the birds. The color and flavor of the skin was improved too. The only thing that has me worried is that the nozzle clogged during cook. I had to pull the nozzle off and wash it under hot water. That was a pain. That has me worried it may happen each time I cook. So the taste is great but I fear it could clog up all the time.
