Blazaball - The best accessory to use with FOGOstarters

The Blazeball is a great way ro start your charcoal fire! Put a couple of FOGOstarters in it, lock it together,put out ion the grill, light it and aug the charcoal;. In a few minutes you’ll have a nice charcoal blaze.The construction is robust and it’s easy to use but I’m on my third Bazaball and that’s the only drawback, It’s robust but deteriorates over time as it sits in the hot coals. I can get maybe two seasons out of one before ir needs to be replaced.A great tool but with a limited lifetime.

First I will say FOGO products so far have been top notch. But I cannot honestly give a five stare rating on the two products in my latest order. Even the email requesting this feedback is still incorrect. It states this product was received by me over 28 days ago which is incorrect. In fact if I had not be continually checking on this order, I would have been charged for something I never received. I say this as 28 days ago my account status for this order show “Fulfilled” but at the time I had never received the product. I gave it a couple of weeks as it appears the method of shipping no longer matches the method of shipping that is actually done. FOGO queries on shipping states you can follow up on your order with the shipping number provided for all orders. That is no longer true as with whatever method is used now provides no shipping number so no tracking is possible. In my case I waited several weeks after making my order figuring the order may have been delayed. After several weeks, I tried contacting FOGO customer support via telephone - Note: do not call the support phone line as you will never talk to anyone and no one will follow up if you leave a voice mail. On the positive side, use the email customer service option. FOGO does respond back through this process. In doing that I did get a response stating they had had some issues with orders going out to several southern states, mine being one of them. They did send the order out after this email and I did get the order like 5 to six weeks after placing the order. In my opinion if they knew they were having shipping problems an email should have been sent out to affected areas. Also the shipping process statement about being provided a tracking number so you can track your process needs to be changed to process is being used so customers have a clue to when or if the order is actually shipped.

This is a great accessory to have. I use this 90% of the time when I’m cooking. It allows me to put a fire starter in, light it, and walk away. When I come back, I have the perfect fire.
