    Brought the heat…and then some

    Couldn’t believe how fast this lit and got hot. The Egg was at 600 degrees in a matter of minutes. This really brought out new ideas for cooking and excited to use it all summer long. It’s a “must have” addition to your regular lump charcoal to expand your cooking possibilities.

    A very unique aroma!

    The eucalyptus lump gives the meats a unique aroma and some faint minty flavor. It reminded me of going to certain Brazilian steakhouses. Maybe not for every situation, but it worked great with the picanha we prepared on our Large Big Green Egg.
