Spring Skewers (Set of 4)

Makes life wonderful to just skew the meat and get all fancy with the cooking. Kids think it’s special, and always look forward to getting it in the special way.

Last evening we sliced sirloin, yellow peppers, onions, mushrooms and pimento/olives. The kabobs were easy to use and cleaned up well.

I saw these when the Fogo guy was grilling coconut shrimp on a YouTube video and decided to try some of these skewers.
They are not as long as my other skewers but they are wider which actually made the grilling session easier. Even though it is said the spring handle stays cooler I still used a glove when handling the hot skewers. I’m grilling on a XL Big Green Egg and the skewers were completely covered by the dome of the grill while cooking. The width of these skewers allowed me to turn each one with no problems of food not rotating when I would turn these skewers. My other skewers would not do that. It was a battle to get the food turned.
I like the way they look and I like how well they function. I’m very pleased with them and highly recommend these spring handle skewers.
